Notes: The first fraternal order to be chartered by an Act of Congress in 1864, the Order of Knights of Pythias is an international, non-sectarian fraternal order, established by Justus H. Rathbone in Washington, DC. (Click here for more information about the order.)

Logo has a knight above a shield with initials KP & FCB. Shield is divided into three parts with the letters F - C - B (Friendship, Charity, Benevolence) in the shield, one letter in each part. The letters K & P are on the left & right of the outside of the shield. Back is marked Safe Edge, which was Greenwood's line for a rolled edge, to help minimize chipping.
