Notes: The Lombardy Inn was an Italian restaurant, located on Boylston Place, an alley off 130-140 Boylston St., in Boston, near the Colonial Theatre. The restaurant was certified Jan. 10, 1908.

From The New York Times, December 13, 1919: "Boston, Dec. 12, A petition in Bankruptcy was filed here today by the Lombardy Inn, Inc. of Boston, with liabilities of $68,802 and assets of $10,800."

Also an ad from THE TECH, BOSTON, MASS., DECEMBER 16, 1911:
